ACACIA HONEY-1000g

Artisanal acacia honey, with a light, delicate flavour and a fluid, syrupy consistency. The clearer it is, almost transparent, the more it is a pure acacia honey. In some years, however, the colour may vary from straw yellow to amber due to the presence of other blooms. This, however, in no way precludes the goodness of the honey, but is often a factor that indicates the craftsmanship of the production. All stages of the production and harvesting process are carried out with full respect for the bees, the environment and biopersity in the unique setting of the Euganean Hills Regional Park. The honey is never heated or pasteurised to preserve its natural properties. Delayed crystallisation, almost absent.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: ideal as a sweetener in drinks because it does not alter their flavour. Perfect in the preparation of spreadable creams with cocoa, hazelnuts, almonds or pistachios. Excellent in combination with cheeses such as taleggio, caciotta and brie.

STORAGE: store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.

WARNINGS: honey can be consumed by children from the age of one year.
