WILDFLOWER HONEY-1000g

Artisanal wildflower honey, sweet and delicate to the palate, with full respect for the bees, the environment and biopersity at all stages of production and harvesting, in the unique scenery of the Euganean Hills Regional Park. The honey is never heated or pasteurised to preserve its natural properties. Every year the millefiori honey has peculiar characteristics that make it unique and therefore it may have a different colour or taste depending on the harvest.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: it can be used in many different ways in the kitchen. It is an excellent sweetener for any kind of drink. It can be spread on bread or rusks, but also added to natural yoghurt. It can be used on ice cream, in fruit salads and to prepare biscuits and cakes. It is excellent served with medium-aged spicy cheeses.

STORAGE: store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.

WARNINGS: honey can be consumed by children from the age of one year.
